[min–uh-stree] The Greek term used in Scripture is pronounced diakonia. It is “the performance of a service” or a “service rendered in an intermediary capacity.”
For us, it is a blessing!
We love to serve the Lord in His local church! The Spirit gave gifts for just such a purpose (1 Cor 12:7). There are various ministries growing and new ones starting at FBW. God is so good to let us serve Him and then reward us eternally for our simple efforts!
